TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. GENERAL
Welcome to ZWM.co (Company name: ZWM AB, organization number 559260-1271, hereafter "us" / "we"). The following terms and conditions apply to all orders made by the customer (hereinafter "you" / "you") via ZWM.co and related pages (hereinafter "the website").
The terms are an agreement between you and ZWM AB. By using the website or making an order, you agree to comply with the terms. On the other hand, the terms of course do not exclude or limit our liability in cases where compulsory legislation exists. For example, the terms do not limit your statutory rights to regret a purchase or return a product.
1.1 Any changes to the terms
If you violate any clause of the Terms, we reserve the right to deny you access to the Website. We also reserve the right to change the terms as needed without prior notice. The version of the terms that apply to your order is the version available on the website when you make your order. Therefore, please read the current terms and conditions before making your order.
1.2 Any incorrect information on our website
The fact that a product is provided on the website is not a guarantee that it is always available. We reserve the right to stop selling a product at any time. We also reserve for final sales as well as any image or writing errors on the website. Such image or writing errors may, could as example be incorrect information about whether a product is in stock.
We also reserve the right to correct any errors and to modify or update the information at any time. If an incorrect price has been declared for an item that you have ordered, we will notify you and await your approval before continuing with the order.
All image information on the website is for illustrative purposes only. The illustrations are no guarantee of the amount of goods you get or their exact appearance, features or origin.
2. PERSONAL INFORMATION
When you use the website or make an order, we will handle your personal information. If you want to know more about how your information is processed, please see our Privacy Policy.
3. RATES, FEES AND PAYMENT
- The prices stated on the website are inclusive of statutory VAT.
- You can usually choose to pay by bank, credit card or by invoice. On the other hand, we reserve the right to not always offer all forms of payment.
- Alternatively, change the payment method if what you selected for some reason does not work at the time of purchase. Any restrictions on payment options are listed on the website.
- We are entitled to charge already in connection with the order, unless invoice payment or other similar payment method has been chosen by you and approved by us.
- The invoice service is administered by Klarna. In case of invoice or partial payment, our partner can make a credit report. You will then get information about it.
When paying by bank or credit card, Shopify payments (Stripe) and Klarna handle all bank transactions. We do not store or manage any bank or credit card numbers.
We can offer promotions on the website that have more favorable terms than the general terms and conditions. More favorable terms apply as long as the campaign is active and for the specific items listed. We may revoke such campaigns at any time. Upon termination or withdrawal of a promotion, the general terms and conditions apply. Offers on specific products on the website are valid for a limited period of time and as long as the stock is sufficient.

4. RIGHTS AND USE OF THE WEBSITE
The website and all its contents are owned by us or our licensors. The information is protected by, inter alia, intellectual property and market law. This means that all intellectual property rights, such as trademarks and copyrights (such as company names, product names, images, graphics, design and layout) belong to us and may not be copied or used without the written consent of us.
For example, you may not publish, transmit, distribute, upload, or promote any communications or content that could harm or adversely affect our company, our business, our products or services.
You may also not act in a way that affects the availability of the website or in any way that affects the website's security. Finally, do not use any device or attempt to use any search engine, software, tool, agent, script, or other device or mechanism to navigate or search the website or copy content from it.
5. ORDER, DELIVERY AND CANCELLATION
5.1 Order
In order to make an order on the website you must have reached the age of 18 years. We do not, according to Swedish law, accept credit purchases for persons under 18 years of age. We reserve the right to refuse or change your order in individual cases (for example, if you have entered incorrect personal information and / or have payment remarks).
Once we have received your order, we will send a confirmation to your email address. It is therefore important that you enter the correct information when you do one ordering. We recommend that you save the confirmation to facilitate any contacts with our customer service. Confirmation is also your receipt for completing the purchase.
When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation on your e-mail. If for any reason we can not send your order, we will inform you as soon as possible. If we have already received your payment for an order that cannot be delivered, we will refund the amount using the same payment method you used when making your order, if possible.
Our maximum liability for any losses or damages incurred in connection with your order is limited to the total amount of your order.
5.2 Delivery and cancellation
We strive to send orders as soon as possible. We use PostNord or UPS to send out our packages.
Normally, the order will be shipped the same day if order is placed before 12.00 and our delivery time is 1-3 business days (within Sweden, Norway, Finland and Denmark) after we have received and confirmed your order, unless otherwise agreed. Outside of these countries our delivery time varies from 4-12 days depending on destination.
You as a customer have the right to cancel the purchase if delivery is essential and ZWM AB is entitled to cancel the purchase if the delivery involves additional costs or inconvenience. In case of delay, you have the right to make a cover purchase as a consumer.
If the delivery of a product due to unexpected events is unusually delayed and you therefore no longer wish to complete the purchase, you can cancel your purchase. You cancel by contacting hello@zwm.co
6. WITHDRAWAL AND REFUND
6.1 If you have regret your purchase
You always have 14 days of withdrawal from the day you received the item. For partial delivery, when the last item is delivered, 14 days of withdrawal will apply. You have 14 days to return the item to ZWM.com. If you regret your purchase, you will receive a complete refund for all items that have not been used or are in a substantially unaltered state. This means that when you return a product, it should be in the same condition as when you received it, ie. It cannot be damaged, altered or used and must be in its original packaging with intact labels and protective stickers.
If you have paid the goods, you will receive a refund that includes the standard shipping charge, but not any return charge. If you choose to retain certain items, the shipping charge will not be refunded. If you wish to regret a purchase made through our website, please send the product directly to our Concept Studio:

Free returns within Sweden. If you want to return your product from another country, you have to bear this cost yourself. If you wish us to exchange a product, we then bear the cost of sending a new product.
6.2 Refund
If you have regretted your purchase and are entitled to a refunded, we'll refund you within 14 days from the date we received your message that you would like to regret your purchase.
The refund is made through the payment option you chose, as far as possible and provided we have not agreed on anything else. We may, however, wait for the refund until we receive the item or you have shown that the item has been returned, for example. by showing a delivery receipt.
Refund of purchase takes up to 48 hours after the product reach our Concept Studio.
7. WARRANTY AND RECLAMATION
7.1 Reclamation
If the product is defective, you have the right to reclaim the product by notifying us of the defect within a reasonable time after you notice or should have noticed it. You have one month to discover the error. You as a customer have 3 years reclamation rights.
To report a warranty or complaint, contact our customer service: hello@zwm.co. If you wish to use the warranty, please contact us as soon as possible but within 20 days from the date you discovered the error. Any complaints may be directed to our customer service. Please provide your order number and the reason for your complaint and we will return with further instructions on returning the item.
Although the product is incorrect and should be returned, it is important that it is treated with care. Whatever the reason for the return, it is important that the product is packaged so that it can not be damaged during transport.
If a product is to be replaced, it is done against a product of the corresponding model. If a particular product is no longer available, you will instead be entitled to a refund.
7.2 Warranty
In addition, we have a warranty covering all products that apply for one (1) year. Please note that the warranty does not cover:
- Defects and damage caused by loss, theft, fire or water.
- Faults or damage caused by improper use, tampering (bumps, cuts, etc.), accidents or unjustified repair or modification.
- Aesthetic changes, defects and damage due to normal wear and tear (eg minor scratches, wear off leather and faded color, etc.). Discoloration from other products, e.g. jeans.

8. TRANSFER OF CLAIMS
We reserve the right to, to third parties, transfer or pledge payment claims incurred in connection with your order.
9. CLAUSES VALIDITY
If one or more terms of the terms are judged to be ineffective by a court or regulatory authority, it shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of the terms.
10. DISPUTES
Any dispute will be resolved by either the Swedish Public Prosecution Board (ARN) in Sweden or the European Commission Online Dispute Resolution (EU ODR).
