Taxes and Duties
Norway
No added VAT fees for Norwegian customers.
United States
Free of duties and taxes up to $800.
United Kingdom
As of 25th of June, 2021, all orders to the United Kingdom are shipped with DDP (Delivery Duty Paid). This means that no extra costs for taxes, customs and duties will apply the customer after purchase. Please contact us at hello@zwm.co if you have any issues with orders placed after June 24 2021.
International Shipping
Import duties and taxes may be charged on orders being shipped outside the EU. These charges are set by the Customs Authority of the destination country. You will be liable for paying any duties, taxes and fees upon receiving the order.

As soon as we have received your return - we will make the refund. Please note that it can take up to 10 business days for the money to arrive into your bank account depending on chosen payment method.
Exchanges
Unfortunately we cannot administrate exchanges of items purchased online. If you want to make an exchange, please return the item/items and place a new order online.
